Kate Adorno

I’ve been fortunate to work in many different areas during my career. I’ve done everything from enterprise tech, to healthcare and personal banking. I’m always up for a new challenge.

I’ve spent my whole career in the agency world. Before I joined Highwire, I was the president of an agency. I’ve always been on the agency side because I love helping clients create meaningful change for their organization, and an outside perspective is a key element in helping to accomplish that.

I majored in public relations because the degree required minimal math classes and I’m terrible at math. However, I knew I’d made the right decision during one of my first PR classes when we learned about the importance of reputation management and crisis comms. From that moment on, I knew I was all in.

If I’m not working, I’m spending time with my two boys and my husband. They’re my “why” and my greater purpose. I’m also a fitness coach and teach small group classes at an incredible local gym.

I was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. I live less than a mile from my parents and my sister. My husband and I used to live directly across the street from my parents’ house.
