What’s your area of interest and expertise?

I work in finance so educating the leadership team about the numbers is really important to me. It’s important to empower others, so I like to spend time with the wider team and ensure they understand the importance and meaning of the numbers behind our business.

What did you do prior to Highwire?

I started working for small accounting firms specializing in small businesses. Borders and Gratehouse was actually my first client. I stayed in my prior job for a few years before moving over to B&G full-time, right before we became Highwire.

What work makes you most proud?

My team. I care a lot about the relationship with my team. Also, being responsive. I always teach my team that the entire Highwire agency is our client and making them happy is our number one priority.

What are you doing when you're not working?

I’m a mother to two toddlers. I also love my cats. And, when I’m not spending time with my family, I’m absorbed in Japanese culture. I love Japan.

Where are you from?

I was born in Hong Kong and moved to San Francisco when I was in middle school.
