Highwire and Definitive Healthcare started with research and planning, conducting an industry analysis of the top themes being discussed around the staffing shortage to inform messaging and strategy and researched the reporter landscape to identify targets for the upcoming report.
Next, Highwire and Definitive Healthcare created several narratives on the news to align with current media coverage themes. To tap into these narratives and direct messaging, Definitive Healthcare pulled data from its platform to tell this story in a quantifiable way.
Highwire PR began its earned media efforts to extend the reach of the report and get in front of key audiences, pitching select reporters under embargo.

Once published, Definitive Healthcare promoted the report and earned media coverage on its social media channels and through email to its customer base to foster engagement and provide intelligence for its prospects and current subscribers.
