What is your focus area?
My focus is helping innovative health companies tell stories that reach their target audiences, including patients, clinicians, and caregivers. I’ve worked with a diverse group of clients ranging from market challengers to market leaders from various sectors, including medical devices and diagnostics, health services, biotech and pharmaceuticals, and med tech.
What is your communications specialty?
I help shape data-driven, high-impact programs for corporate and product engagements. I advise clients at every growth stage, including market conditioning, regulatory events, product launches, reimbursement, scientific milestones, issue awareness and mature brand revitalization. I also help clients prepare for and respond to issues. My category experience is broad, with particular depth in oncology, neurology, and cardiovascular diseases.
What did you do before you came to Highwire PR?
Before joining Highwire, I was a leader in the health practice at MSL, an award-winning global PR agency. Before that, I was a senior member of the health practice at Schwartz Communications, a multinational agency focused on health and technology. I began my career as a corporate communications representative at Repligen, a Massachusetts-based biotech company, where I focused on media and investor relations.
What is something that makes you proud?
I am most proud of building great teams that execute impactful programs for innovative companies focused on improving the health of patients.
Where are you from?
I grew up in Colorado.
What do you miss about where you’re from?
I miss the mountains, but living in Massachusetts, near the ocean, is a pretty good tradeoff.
